Insurance Claim Process

For storm damage, our process begins with a free roof inspection where our certified inspectors document roofing findings with photos, measurements, and detailed notes. You decide whether to file a claim with your insurer. We provide a repair scope you may share with the carrier and, at your request, can explain our roofing observations at an adjuster site visit. Candor does not negotiate coverage or settlement, and your insurer determines coverage. Once you approve the roofing scope, our trained crews complete the work using premium materials. You remain responsible for your deductible as required by law and your policy.

Retail (Cash) Process

For homeowners paying out of pocket, we start with a free consultation to discuss your needs, budget, and timeline. After a thorough roof inspection with photos and a detailed report, we provide a transparent, itemized proposal with material options and pricing — no hidden fees. You select from premium materials including Class 3, Class 4 Impact Resistant, Presidential, Metal, or ASTEC Coating. Our crews complete your project on schedule, followed by a final walkthrough and warranty activation.
